Luas has announced its service arrangements for the Christmas season — they are listed below. As always, we advise using a Dublin journey planner before travelling, to ensure you have the most up-to-date information.

Thursday 21 December 2023

  • Normal Luas timetable in place.

Friday 22 December 2023

  • Normal daytime Luas timetable in place.

  • Additional night services:

    • Red Line Westbound (The Point to Tallaght): Departures at 01:00, 02:00, and 03:00.

    • Red Line Westbound (The Point to Saggart): Departures at 01:30 and 02:30.

    • Red Line Eastbound (Tallaght to The Point): Departures at 01:00 and 02:00.

    • Red Line Eastbound (Saggart to The Point): Departures at 00:30 and 01:30.

    • Green Line Northbound (Brides Glen to Broombridge): Every 30 minutes from 00:20 to 02:50.

    • Green Line Southbound (Broombridge to Brides Glen): Every 30 minutes from 00:36 to 03:06.

Saturday 23 December 2023

  • Normal daytime Luas timetable in place.

  • Additional night services:

    • Red Line Westbound (The Point to Tallaght): Departures at 01:00, 02:00, and 03:00.

    • Red Line Westbound (The Point to Saggart): Departures at 01:30 and 02:30.

    • Red Line Eastbound (Tallaght to The Point): Departures at 01:00 and 02:00.

    • Red Line Eastbound (Saggart to The Point): Departures at 00:30 and 01:30.

    • Green Line Northbound (Brides Glen to Broombridge): Every 30 minutes from 00:20 to 02:50.

    • Green Line Southbound (Broombridge to Brides Glen): Every 30 minutes from 00:36 to 03:06.

  • Luas services end at 8pm.

Monday 25 December 2023 (Christmas Day)

  • No Luas services.

Tuesday 26 December 2023 (St Stephen’s Day)

  • Luas services start at 9am with Sunday last tram times and frequency.
